Versace Stock Associate position in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Join our luxury retail team managing inventory, stockroom operations, and sales support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Check all incoming and outgoing inventory and stockroom needs
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom with optimized back office organization
- Conduct and prepare for monthly cycle counts, mid and full year inventories, and analyze results
- Process damages to company standard on a monthly basis
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently, checking incoming merchandise for quality and quantity
- Support sales team with tasks including running sizes, assisting on cash register, and advising on stock availability
- Monitor Store-to-Store transfers ensuring accuracy and quality execution
- Complete all SOF fulfillment in a timely manner
- Work alongside Store Manager to minimize stock and monetary shrinkage
- Communicate regularly with Store Manager and Retail Operations regarding store and stockroom conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a stock position
- Luxury retail environment experience preferred
- Highly organized, rigorous, and reliable
- Proactive approach to work and team coordination
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and IT tools
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a stock or inventory position, preferably within a luxury retail environment. Demonstrated ability to manage operational aspects of a stockroom and coordinate with retail teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional formal education in supply chain or retail operations is beneficial but not required.
