Role & Responsibilities
- Support all phases of footwear product development from concept to production, monitoring collection timelines and activity milestones
- Participate with Category Managers in cross-departmental collection status meetings and progress reviews
- Maintain collection advancement documentation, budget tracking, and costing analysis
- Manage supplier relationships and communications with external partners including footwear factories, heel and sole manufacturers, and specialized processors
- Prepare and submit material orders and component requests for prototype and sample production
- Compile and distribute material specifications and references to external suppliers
- Contribute to reporting and documentation activities
Qualifications
- Education in product development, economics, or business management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Foundational knowledge of PLM and Stealth systems
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
