Versace Zurich seeks a part‑time Senior Sales Associate on Bahnhofstrasse — drive luxury sales, clienteling and boutique operations for the Versace boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales by proactively building relationships with new and existing clients and maximising sales opportunities across all product categories.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and the Versace brand experience to cultivate loyalty among VIP and repeat clientele.
- Execute CRM and clienteling activities: capture customer data, maintain long‑term relationships, and support in‑store and promotional events.
- Support store operations including goods receiving, stock transfers, stock counts, backroom organisation and operational reporting.
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising conform to company directives; participate in VM set‑ups and maintain boutique image standards.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to reach strategic sales targets and promote the Retail Excellence Program internally and to clients.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years' retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong commercial instinct with proven selling techniques and clienteling ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage high‑net‑worth and VIP clients.
- Eye for fashion and visual detail; strong presentation and creative sensibility.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and multitask across sales, events and operational duties.

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector, with demonstrated success in client development, CRM-driven sales and boutique operations.
