Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and strategic clienteling.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-potential clients; manage private appointments and follow-up communications.
- Deliver personalized, expert product advice across the brand’s apparel, leather goods and accessories ranges.
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store point-of-sale; manage returns and exchanges in line with policy.
- Support inventory management: stock replenishment, stockroom organisation and periodic inventories.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff; model luxury service behaviours and sales techniques.
- Participate in store events, product launches and client entertainment as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales KPIs.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and experience managing high-value client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation and professional demeanour.
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings; eligibility to work in Canada.
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience handling cash and POS transactions.

Experience
At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with documented success in achieving targets and cultivating repeat, high-value clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, business, retail management or hospitality preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 25 to CAD 28 per hour.
