Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador and provide exceptional client experiences aligned with the Retail Excellence Program
- Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
- Capture and maintain comprehensive client data and drive client retention through relationship-building initiatives
- Develop and maintain genuine client relationships that drive sales, units per transaction, and average transaction value
