Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized service to cultivate long-term client relationships and maximize lifetime value.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective closing techniques.
- Lead by example on the sales floor: coach and mentor junior colleagues, model brand presentation and foster a high-performance team environment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand aesthetics and promotional directives.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support inventory processes, stock replenishment and back-room organisation to maintain product availability.
- Manage VIP appointments, clienteling follow-ups and event support to drive traffic and conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales with consistent achievement of targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and influence team performance through coaching.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector; prior experience in a lead or mentoring capacity is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or degree in business, fashion or a related field preferred.
