Versace is hiring a Key Holder in Orlando, FL — full-time retail leadership role focused on clientelling, sales targets and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program to clients and colleagues.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and core KPIs (daily, monthly, annual), including UPT and ATV.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through proactive client data capture, personalised follow-up and after‑sales service (thank-you notes, calls, product care and repair follow-through).
- Maintain daily store operations: open/close registers, cash handling, POS transactions and process returns and exchanges.
- Support visual standards and merchandising maintenance to ensure an elevated presentation consistent with brand guidelines.
- Sustain seamless inventory operations throughout the day, including stock handling and basic inventory tasks.
- Coach and train sales colleagues, supporting performance development and leading in-store contests, events and business-driving initiatives.
- Model compliance with company policies and procedures while elevating operational standards through correct use of tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience, preferably within specialty or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in clientelling and delivering measurable sales results.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Demonstrated multitasking ability while balancing operational and commercial responsibilities.
- Entrepreneurial, sales-driven personality with high energy and strong presence.

Experience
At least three years' experience in specialty or luxury retail with demonstrable success in clientelling, meeting sales targets and supporting store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer-service training preferred.
