Versace is hiring a Senior Sales Associate in Oakridge, BC to drive in‑store sales and cultivate VIP clients. Hourly pay CAD 25–28.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through proactive client engagement and expert product presentation.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with VIP and high‑potential clients using personalised clienteling techniques and CRM tools.
- Deliver exceptional, brand‑consistent customer service across all stages of the client journey, including after‑sales and alterations follow‑up.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects seasonal campaigns and brand directives.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, manage payments and returns, and ensure compliance with cash‑handling and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Assist with stock management, inventory counts, receiving and replenishment to maintain product availability and presentation.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff; contribute to in‑store training and knowledge sharing on product, heritage, and styling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail; preferably 3+ years in client‑facing sales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and retain high‑value clientele and meet sales targets in a boutique environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering measurable sales results and KPIs.
- Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for luxury fashion and product knowledge.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods.
