Versace Senior Sales Associate
Versace in Milan seeks a Senior Sales Associate to drive luxury sales, cultivate VIP relationships and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with store management to achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and category growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIP and repeat customers, acting as a brand ambassador to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
- Master product and brand knowledge to deliver personalised consultations and tailored selling solutions across categories.
- Capture and maintain accurate CRM data; proactively implement follow-up and retention activities to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Support and participate in in-store events, promotional activities and the boutique’s community outreach programmes to drive traffic and engagement.
- Ensure operational excellence: manage stockroom processes (goods receiving, transfers, stock take, reporting) and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives and contribute to VM set-ups.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, including after-sales service, to maximise conversion and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable selling achievements and ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, including VIP clientele.
- Keen visual sensibility and attention to detail; strong product and fashion awareness.
- Organisational aptitude for stock management, reporting and operational procedures.
- Positive, energetic demeanour with ability to multi‑task and perform in a high‑pace environment.
- Team player with good communication skills and willingness to support store initiatives and events.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience; previous experience within the luxury or premium fashion sector is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous.
