Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, providing exceptional client experiences and promoting the Retail Excellence Program
- Achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through authentic engagement, post-sale service, thank-you correspondence, and product maintenance follow-ups
- Capture client data and meet targets for customer relationship management
