Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program
  • Achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
  • Meet and exceed client data capture targets
  • Build and cultivate genuine client relationships to achieve core KPIs including sales, units per transaction (UPT), and average transaction value (ATV)
  • Maintain client relationships through after-sales service including thank-you correspondence, follow-up calls, and product repair or maintenance coordination
  • Generate new client relationships while stewarding existing client portfolios
  • Execute daily operational tasks including register operations, visual merchandising maintenance, and inventory management
  • Demonstrate operational excellence by adhering to all policies and procedures while elevating standards through proper tool and equipment usage
  • Maintain seamless inventory operations throughout the business day
  • Open and close consignments
  • Process returns and exchanges efficiently
  • Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management
  • Develop and execute business-driving initiatives, contests, and events
  • Coach and train sales team members using various coaching and mentoring techniques

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail experience
  • Proven expertise in specialty retail and clientelling
