Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience reflecting Versace’s luxury positioning, including follow-up and relationship development.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across apparel, accessories and seasonal assortments to advise clients and close sales.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure presentation aligns with brand guidelines across the outlet floor.
- Process transactions accurately, manage returns/exchanges and uphold cash-handling and POS procedures.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment and loss-prevention protocols to protect brand assets.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably with 2+ years in luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Professional presentation and a service-oriented attitude consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of retail experience with demonstrable performance in luxury or premium brands; prior outlet or high-volume retail experience is an advantage. Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting store-level operational tasks is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in fashion, merchandising or business is advantageous.
