Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program to clients and colleagues.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (daily, monthly, annual), including UPT and ATV.
- Drive client acquisition and data capture; maintain and develop a robust client book through proactive outreach and personalised after-sales service.
- Provide follow-through on client care including thank-you communications, follow-up calls and coordination of product repair or maintenance.
- Operate daily store functions: open/close registers, process returns/exchanges, open and close consignments, and support inventory integrity.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and presentation, ensuring the boutique reflects brand aesthetics at all times.
- Support seamless inventory operations throughout the day and assist with stock management tasks.
- Coach and mentor colleagues through on-the-floor training, contribute to contests, events and business-driving initiatives, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, peers and management to strengthen partnerships and deliver service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in a retail environment, preferably within specialty or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in clientelling and delivering measurable sales results.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high‑pace retail environment and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal presence with an entrepreneurial, sales-focused mindset and a polished, professional demeanour.
- Ability to follow operational procedures and use point-of-sale and inventory systems accurately.
