Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program to clients and colleagues.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (daily, monthly, annual), including UPT and ATV.
  • Drive client acquisition and data capture; maintain and develop a robust client book through proactive outreach and personalised after-sales service.
  • Provide follow-through on client care including thank-you communications, follow-up calls and coordination of product repair or maintenance.
  • Operate daily store functions: open/close registers, process returns/exchanges, open and close consignments, and support inventory integrity.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and presentation, ensuring the boutique reflects brand aesthetics at all times.
  • Support seamless inventory operations throughout the day and assist with stock management tasks.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues through on-the-floor training, contribute to contests, events and business-driving initiatives, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, peers and management to strengthen partnerships and deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in a retail environment, preferably within specialty or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in clientelling and delivering measurable sales results.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high‑pace retail environment and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal presence with an entrepreneurial, sales-focused mindset and a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Ability to follow operational procedures and use point-of-sale and inventory systems accurately.

Experience

Minimum of three years in retail, with proven success in specialty or luxury environments and demonstrable clientelling experience that delivered consistent sales growth.
