Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by proactively engaging customers and maximising conversion and basket value across categories.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, including VIPs, through personalised service and effective clienteling.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of retail experience; previous luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong commercial instinct with proven ability to drive sales and build client loyalty.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence high‑net‑worth clients.

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience with a demonstrated track record in sales; previous experience in luxury fashion retail or with premium brands is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
