Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by proactively engaging customers and maximising conversion and basket value across categories.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, including VIPs, through personalised service and effective clienteling.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM; execute targeted follow-up and retention activities.
  • Support in-store and promotional events, including planning, guest management and post-event client outreach.
  • Maintain superior store standards: visual merchandising, product presentation, stockroom organisation and compliance with operational procedures.
  • Coach peers on selling techniques and brand standards; act as a brand ambassador to elevate the customer experience before, during and after the sale.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of retail experience; previous luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Strong commercial instinct with proven ability to drive sales and build client loyalty.
  • Keen visual sensibility and attention to detail; an eye for fashion and trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Energetic, service‑oriented demeanour and ability to perform in a high‑pace, multitasking environment.

Experience
