Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador delivering impeccable, personalized client experiences consistent with the Retail Excellence Program.
  • Drive and exceed individual and team sales targets (daily, monthly, annual) while maximising UPT and ATV.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM systems to support clienteling and long-term relationship development.
  • Build and nurture genuine client relationships through proactive after-sales care, including follow-up calls, thank-you communications and coordination of repairs or maintenance.
  • Support acquisition of new clients while sustaining and reactivating existing clientele through targeted outreach and in-store events.
  • Perform daily store operations including opening/closing registers, processing returns/exchanges, consignments and inventory tasks.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and participate in store presentation and upkeep.
  • Ensure seamless inventory operations throughout the day, including stock accuracy and replenishment.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues through on-the-floor training, product knowledge sessions and sales techniques.
  • Develop and support business-driving initiatives such as in-store contests, client events and promotional activations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in a specialty retail environment with a demonstrable track record in clienteling and sales performance.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high‑paced, KPI-driven retail environment.
  • Strong multitasking capability with meticulous attention to operational and visual standards.
  • Entrepreneurial, sales-focused demeanour with an energetic and persuasive personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build durable partnerships with clients, peers and management.

Experience
