Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Store Manager and contribute to the achievement of store sales targets through proactive selling and client development.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, including VIP customers, to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Deliver an elevated Versace customer experience across all touchpoints, both during and after the sale.
- Execute clienteling and CRM activities: capture customer data, maintain customer profiles and follow up on opportunities.
- Support and participate in in-store and promotional events to increase brand awareness and client engagement.
- Manage daily operational duties including goods receiving, stock transfers, stock arrangement and participation in stock counts.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives and assist with VM set-ups.
- Adopt and promote the Retail Excellence Program, coaching peers where appropriate and ensuring consistent service levels.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse clienteles.
- Attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sensibility consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, ideally within the luxury or premium fashion sector, demonstrating consistent sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary education in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline preferred.
