Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management team to strategically achieve sales targets and maximize sales opportunities across all product categories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and management through effective communication and boutique community engagement
- Act as brand ambassador to VIP clientele and new customers, delivering the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty
- Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs and drive results through elevated pre- and post-sale service
- Capture customer data and proactively manage long-term client relationships via CRM activities
- Participate in the organization of in-store and promotional events, implementing and managing the boutique's community outreach program
- Ensure stock and backroom are effectively managed; oversee goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, and reporting
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives and participate in VM set-up
- Embrace and promote the Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff
- Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years' experience in retail, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Creative skills and an eye for fashion with attention to detail
- Elevated customer service skills and passion for sales
- High level of trend awareness and fashion expertise
- Strong relationship management and community engagement abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Experience
2 to 3 years in retail, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships, understand market needs and trends, and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.
