Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with boutique management to execute sales strategies and consistently achieve or exceed store targets.
- Develop and deepen product and brand knowledge to deliver authoritative, informed service.
- Apply advanced selling techniques to identify customer needs and convert opportunities across all product categories.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, including VIPs, to build long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the Versace client experience before, during and after the sale.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data; proactively use CRM to nurture and reactivate relationships.
- Support in-store and promotional events, and implement community outreach initiatives to maintain client engagement.
- Ensure efficient back-of-house operations: goods receiving, transfers, stocktakes, stock arrangement and reporting.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards; participate in VM set-ups per company directives.
- Adhere rigorously to company policies, operational procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within high-end fashion or leather goods.
- Demonstrable experience managing VIP clientele and delivering elevated customer service.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clientele and internal teams.
- Organised approach to stock management and back-office operations.
- Fluency in Thai and a working knowledge of English is highly desirable.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Several years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales with a proven sales record and hands-on experience in clienteling, CRM usage and visual merchandising.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary studies in fashion, retail management or commerce are advantageous.
