Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and boutique sales performance in partnership with the store management team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients, including VIPs, to grow retention and lifetime value.
  • Deliver an elevated Versace customer experience before, during and after the sale, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data and proactively execute CRM activities and clienteling initiatives.
  • Participate in planning and executing in-store and promotional events to activate the boutique community.
  • Ensure impeccable boutique presentation by implementing visual merchandising directives and participating in VM set-ups.

  • Comply with company policies and operational procedures, safeguarding store standards and loss-prevention measures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in retail sales; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Refined visual sensibility and attention to detail with an ability to uphold luxury presentation standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
  • Energetic, resilient and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
