Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and core KPIs (sales, UPT, ATV) on a daily, monthly and annual basis.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data; develop and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up and after-sales service (thank-you notes, calls, product maintenance/repairs).
  • Support store operations including opening and closing registers, visual maintenance, inventory tasks, and seamless inventory workflows throughout the day.
  • Process consignments, returns and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
  • Drive business development through events, initiatives and in-store promotions; support coaching and training of peers to elevate team performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, peers and management to build strong partnerships and contribute to a collaborative retail culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of retail experience, preferably within specialty or luxury fashion.
  • Proven track record in clientelling and achieving sales KPIs in a high-paced retail environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple daily responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality with a strong and engaging presence.

Experience

At least three years of experience in a specialty or luxury retail environment with a documented history of meeting sales targets and proficiency in client relationship management.
