Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed individual and store targets through consultative selling and expert product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including VIP and repeat clientele, acting as a brand ambassador to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
- Lead CRM activities: capture and maintain customer data, execute targeted outreach, and support planning and delivery of in-store and promotional events.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experience by upholding Versace visual merchandising, store presentation and service standards.
- Support operational duties including stock receiving, transfers, stock takes, backroom organisation and accurate reporting to ensure inventory integrity.
- Coach and collaborate with peers and management to share best practices and contribute to the Retail Excellence Program.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years' retail experience, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships and a VIP network.
- Creative sensibility and a keen eye for fashion and visual detail; high standards for merchandise presentation.

Experience
2–3 years of retail experience is required; previous experience within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands is preferred and advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education or vocational training in fashion, retail, merchandising or a related field is a plus.
