Role & Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of the annual marketing plan to drive sales across retail and wholesale channels.
- Maintain and manage marketing and event calendars (retail, wholesale, store openings, email content, promotions).
- Own traffic management for collateral and creative assets to ensure timely delivery to production and retail partners.
- Coordinate advertising and LRA plans; manage related budgets, material requests and added-value opportunities with local media and Milan HQ.
- Plan, develop and execute retail and wholesale events including boutique grand openings, in‑store selling events and promotional activations.
- Manage vendor relationships (catering, florists, modeling agencies, AV, production) including estimates, negotiations and service delivery.
- Oversee event budgets, invoices and timely payment in liaison with accounting; track event metrics and ROI (sales, client acquisition, conversion).
- Collaborate with buyers, store managers, CRM and press offices to align event concepts, guest lists, invitation production and post-event follow-up to convert attendees into loyal clients.
- Partner with malls and third-party organisations to extend promotional reach through paid and organic channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in marketing, events or related roles; retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience managing budgets, invoicing and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing plans, promotional briefs and event concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
