Role & Responsibilities
- Construct prototypes and production samples for women’s ready-to-wear in close collaboration with the First Line Clothing team.
- Assemble garments using a variety of hand and machine sewing techniques across different fabrics and specialized finishes.
- Produce multiple garment types with emphasis on lightweight pieces — dresses, shirts and skirts — ensuring fit, finish and pattern fidelity.
- Translate design and pattern instructions into accurate samples suitable for fittings and runway presentation.
- Work to high standards of precision, maintain sample-room organisation and support iteration during fittings.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of consolidated experience as a prototype seamstress / sample maker in womenswear.
- Deep technical knowledge of garment construction, stitches and finishing techniques for diverse fabrics.
- Proven experience producing samples for runway and first-line collections, particularly lightweight garments (dresses, shirts, skirts).
- Excellent manual dexterity, precision and attention to detail; able to work independently and within a team.
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written).

Education
Vocational diploma in tailoring/fashion or equivalent professional experience in sample room/atelier.
