Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management team to strategically achieve sales targets
- Continuously expand brand and product knowledge
- Execute advanced selling techniques to satisfy and exceed customer needs
- Maximize sales opportunities across all product categories
- Implement and champion the Retail Excellence Program with clients and staff
- Build strong relationships with clients, peers, and management through effective communication

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive results
- Strong ability to engage and build networks
- Elevated customer service skills and genuine fashion expertise
- Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality suited to fast-paced environments
