Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by delivering an exceptional client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program to clients and colleagues.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, yearly) and contribute to KPIs including UPT and ATV.
- Capture and maintain client data, proactively develop and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling and after-sales follow up (thank-you notes, phone contact, repair/maintenance follow-through).
- Support new client acquisition while managing and retaining existing client relationships.
- Process store transactions including opening/closing consignments, returns and exchanges using the retail POS.
- Advise clients on fit and product care; handle customer repairs and product maintenance coordination.
- Collaborate with management and colleagues to develop business-driving initiatives, contests and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling techniques.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive KPI performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build partnerships with clients, peers and management.
- Energetic, outgoing and entrepreneurial disposition with a focused sales orientation.

Experience
Minimum of two years' experience in a retail environment; prior luxury retail experience is preferred and advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in retail, fashion or commerce is an asset.
