Versace Sales Associate, full-time retail position in Toronto, Ontario. Deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and serve as a brand ambassador for the Versace brand, promoting the Retail Excellence Program
- Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets while optimizing units per transaction (UPT) and average transaction value (ATV)
- Capture and maintain comprehensive client data to build and nurture long-term relationships
- Provide attentive after-sales service including thank you notes, follow-up communications, and coordination of product repairs or maintenance
- Process transactions, consignments, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and professionalism
- Advise clients on product fit, features, and care while managing product repair inquiries
- Develop and support business-driving initiatives, contests, and events that generate client interest and loyalty
- Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, colleagues, and management
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail operations and clienteling methodologies
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities
- Positive, outgoing personality with high energy and entrepreneurial, sales-focused mindset
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years in a retail environment, with preference for luxury retail experience. Full understanding of specialty retail practices and effective client engagement techniques.
