Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and embody the Retail Excellence Program across all interactions
- Achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
- Capture and maintain comprehensive client data to support relationship-building initiatives
- Cultivate genuine client relationships and drive key performance indicators including sales, units per transaction, and average transaction value
- Provide comprehensive after-sales service including thank-you correspondence, follow-up communications, and product repair or maintenance coordination
- Generate new client relationships while nurturing and maintaining existing client portfolios
- Process consignments, returns, and exchanges with accuracy
- Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management
- Develop and execute business-driving initiatives, contests, and events
- Advise clients on product fit and handle customer repair inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail operations and clienteling best practices
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
- Positive, outgoing personality with high energy and entrepreneurial, sales-focused mindset
Skills
Experience
