Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the management team to strategically achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, peers, and management through effective communication and brand representation
- Master selling skills and product knowledge across all categories to satisfy diverse customer needs and maximize sales opportunities
- Embrace and promote the Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff
- Deliver superlative customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations, acting as a brand ambassador to build relationships with new and VIP clientele
- Capture customer data systematically and proactively maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized engagement
- Participate in the organization of in-store and promotional events, implementing and managing the boutique's community outreach program
- Ensure stock, backroom, and operational duties are effectively managed, including goods receiving, transferring, stock take, and reporting
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives and participate in VM set-up
- Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Strong computer skills including retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email proficiency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Elevated customer service orientation with a demonstrated passion for fashion and sales
- Ability to drive results in a high-paced environment
