Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management to strategically achieve and exceed sales targets across all product categories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, peers, and management through effective communication and brand ambassador activities
- Proactively capture and manage customer data to foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
- Deliver superlative Versace customer experience standards both during and after the point of sale
- Participate in the organization of in-store promotional events and community outreach programs to maintain active client engagement
- Master selling skills and continuously increase brand and product knowledge to effectively satisfy customer needs
- Ensure proper stock management, goods receiving, transfers, stock takes, and backroom operational duties are executed efficiently
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives and actively participate in VM set-up

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of professional retail experience, with luxury sector background strongly preferred
- Advanced computer proficiency including retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email platforms
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management and loyalty building
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French

Minimum 2+ years of professional retail experience, preferably within the luxury fashion or accessories sector. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and executing operational responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail or fashion qualifications are a plus.
