Role & Responsibilities
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships, proactively identifying and converting sales opportunities to achieve individual and store targets.
- Deliver the Versace customer experience at every touchpoint, acting as a brand ambassador for new, repeat and VIP clientele.
- Apply consultative selling techniques and product expertise to maximise conversion and basket value across categories.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data within the CRM; execute follow-up actions to nurture client loyalty and lifetime value.
- Support the planning and execution of in-store events and community outreach initiatives to expand the boutique’s client base.
- Maintain operational excellence: manage goods receiving, stock transfers, stock-taking and backroom organisation according to company procedures.
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are upheld; contribute to VM set-ups as required.
- Comply with company policies and loss-prevention procedures while supporting the store management team in day-to-day priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience; previous luxury or designer boutique experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and client management.
- Proficiency with retail systems and standard office software (retail sales system, Word, Excel, email).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished, client-focused manner.
- Energetic, entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume outlet environment.

Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and experience managing client relationships and CRM activities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in retail, fashion or luxury management is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Serris, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
