Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by building strong, long-term relationships with customers and VIP clientele, acting as a dedicated brand ambassador for Versace.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve and exceed sales targets and implement the Retail Excellence Program.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to satisfy customer needs across all product categories and maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data; proactively manage client follow-up and long-term relationship activities (clienteling/CRM).
  • Support in-store and promotional events; contribute to the boutique’s community outreach initiatives to expand the client base.
  • Maintain flawless store presentation and visual merchandising according to company directives and assist with VM set-ups.
  • Ensure operational excellence in stock handling and backroom management (goods receiving, transfers, stock takes, reporting) while complying with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficient with retail sales systems and comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and email for daily operations and reporting.
  • Proven ability to deliver elevated customer service and to engage a diversified clientele, including VIPs.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, a proactive sales orientation and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive results.

Experience

At least two years of retail experience with demonstrable sales results; previous luxury fashion or outlet experience is an advantage.

Education
