Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by proactively engaging customers and converting opportunities across all product categories.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and act as a brand ambassador for both new and VIP customers.
- Deliver the Versace customer experience before, during and after the sale, ensuring superior service and client follow-up.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in CRM; proactively execute clienteling activities and community outreach initiatives.
- Support in-store and promotional events to foster customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Manage operational duties including goods receiving, transfers, stock arrangement, stocktakes and accurate reporting.
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are upheld and assist with VM set-ups.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance across operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop client relationships.
- Computer literacy including operation of a retail sales system, Word, Excel and email.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and polished interpersonal manner.
- High-energy, outgoing personality with resilience in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Experience
Minimum two years' experience in retail; experience within the luxury sector is preferred. Demonstrable ability to sell, cultivate client relationships and work toward defined sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in retail, fashion or a related discipline is a plus.
