Role & Responsibilities
- Build sustained relationships with customers and VIP clientele to maximise lifetime value and repeat purchase.
- Partner with store management to achieve and exceed sales targets across all product categories.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge; translate this expertise into consultative selling.
- Capture and maintain customer data in CRM, proactively performing follow-up and after‑sales engagement.
- Support planning and execution of in‑store and promotional events; contribute to community outreach initiatives.
- Manage operational tasks including goods receiving, transfers, stock arrangement and stocktakes to ensure inventory integrity.
- Maintain exemplary store presentation and visual merchandising standards and assist with VM set‑ups.
- Adhere to company policies and retail procedures while acting as a brand ambassador for the Versace client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience; luxury retail background preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets and high‑quality customer service.
- Proficient with retail point‑of‑sale systems and comfortable using Word, Excel and email for daily tasks.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in the local language is typically expected.

Education
