Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering the Versace customer experience to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and category coverage across product assortments.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, outreach and post‑sale service.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM; participate in CRM-driven campaigns and client follow-up.
- Support in-store marketing and promotional activities, including organising and participating in events.
- Ensure exemplary store presentation and assist with visual merchandising set-ups according to brand directives.
- Manage operational tasks: goods receiving, stock transfers, backroom organisation, stock takes and reporting.
- Comply with company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards and loss-prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in operating a retail sales system and using Word, Excel and email.
- Demonstrable customer service and selling skills with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage VIP and new clients.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and support store presentation standards.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience with a proven track record in sales; prior experience in luxury retail, client relationship management and stock/visual merchandising is preferred.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
