Versace Sales Associate position in Scottsdale, Arizona—luxury retail sales, client relationships, and brand ambassador role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that embody the Versace brand ethos and Retail Excellence Program
- Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets, as well as key performance indicators including units per transaction (UPT) and average transaction value (ATV)
- Capture and maintain comprehensive client data to support relationship management and marketing initiatives
- Develop and nurture genuine client relationships through consultative selling and post-purchase engagement
- Execute after-sales service activities including thank-you correspondence, follow-up communications, product repair coordination, and maintenance advice
- Open and close consignments whilst processing returns, exchanges, and special orders with accuracy
- Support the sales team in acquiring new clients whilst maintaining a high-retention rate among existing clientele
- Collaborate with peers and management to generate new business opportunities, contests, and promotional events
- Advise clients on product fit, care, and styling to enhance their purchase decisions and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience; luxury retail or high-end specialty retail experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software
- Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build strong partnerships with clients and team members
- Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality with entrepreneurial and sales-focused mindset
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of retail experience in a specialty or luxury retail environment, with demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship building, and sales achievement. Experience with high-touch clienteling, product repair coordination, and after-sales service is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail training, luxury industry certifications, or customer service credentials are advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 20 per hour.
