Versace is hiring a Sales Associate in San Juan, Puerto Rico — full-time boutique role at Versace San Juan.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused sales experience consistent with Versace’s service standards and brand identity.
- Proactively engage customers on the sales floor to understand needs and present product solutions, driving conversion and average transaction value.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalised clienteling, follow-up communications and CRM maintenance.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs, including add-on sales and conversion rates.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure merchandise presentation, window displays and store housekeeping meet brand directives.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle cash and payments, and assist with store opening/closing procedures.
- Receive, unpack and replenish stock; participate in inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador by staying current on product knowledge, runway collections and the maison’s heritage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail or luxury-brand training is a plus.
- Demonstrated customer service and sales aptitude, preferably with experience in premium or luxury retail.
- Polished interpersonal presentation and strong verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport with a high-net-worth clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak season demands.
- Professional demeanor, discretion and adherence to brand standards and loss-prevention policies.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail experience, ideally within a luxury or designer boutique environment, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
