Versace is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate in Rome (Castel Romano) to deliver luxury client service and drive outlet sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers and VIP clientele to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Partner with the store management team to achieve and exceed sales targets across product categories.
  • Deliver the Versace customer experience through expert product knowledge, personalised service and effective after‑sales follow up.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in CRM; proactively execute clienteling activities and boutique community outreach.
  • Support organisation and execution of in‑store and promotional events to engage customers and stimulate traffic.
  • Maintain operational standards including goods receiving, stock management, transfers, stock takes and reporting.
  • Ensure boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards are implemented and maintained according to company directives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficiency operating a retail sales system and confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clientele.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with proven ability to deliver elevated service and close sales.
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial attitude with a track record of driving results in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Experience
