Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Versace client experience by building rapport with customers and VIP clientele to maximise sales and loyalty.
- Partner with store management to execute sales strategies and meet or exceed individual and store targets.
- Maintain up-to-date brand and product knowledge; apply advanced selling techniques to satisfy client needs across categories.
- Capture and update customer data consistently; proactively nurture long-term client relationships through follow-up and personalised service.
- Support in-store events and promotional activities; contribute to the boutique’s community outreach initiatives.
- Ensure accurate stock control and backroom operations including goods receiving, transfers, stock takes and reporting.
- Adhere to company operational policies and visual merchandising directives; participate in VM set-ups to maintain store presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail; previous luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with retail sales systems and core office applications (Word, Excel) and regular use of email.
- Demonstrable customer-facing aptitude with elevated service standards and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an outgoing, high-energy disposition.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience with a proven record in sales performance and client management; luxury retail background is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training or certification in fashion, retail or related disciplines preferred.
