Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets and drive business development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and elevated customer service
- Master selling techniques to identify and satisfy customer needs across all product categories
- Serve as brand ambassador to both new customers and VIP clientele, delivering the Versace experience
- Capture and manage customer data proactively to foster long-term relationships and customer loyalty
- Participate in organization and execution of in-store promotional events and community outreach programs
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in accordance with company directives
- Manage stock operations including goods receiving, transferring, stock takes, inventory arrangement, and reporting

Qualifications
- 2+ years' retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver elevated customer service
- Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele
Skills
Experience
2 or more years' experience in retail, with preference for luxury retail sector experience. Demonstrated track record of relationship building, sales achievement, and customer service excellence.
Education
Secondary education minimum; retail or fashion-related qualifications advantageous but not required.
