Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and consultative selling.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, VIPs and prospects to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM; execute targeted follow-up and after-sales service.
  • Contribute to CRM-driven marketing activities and participate in planning and hosting in-store and promotional events.
  • Ensure exemplary store presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with corporate directives; assist with VM set-ups.
  • Manage operational tasks including goods receiving, stock transfers, inventory counts and backroom organisation.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement the Retail Excellence Program and continuous product knowledge development.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to deliver the Versace customer experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with retail sales systems and confident using Word, Excel and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, work in a fast-paced environment and engage a discerning clientele.

Experience

At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within the luxury sector, with demonstrable success in clienteling, CRM use and meeting sales targets.
