Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management to strategically achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge, with particular expertise in Versace's collections
- Master consultative selling techniques to identify and satisfy customer needs across all categories
- Maximize sales opportunities through sophisticated customer engagement and upselling strategies
- Serve as a brand ambassador, cultivating relationships with both new and VIP clientele to drive customer loyalty
- Deliver elevated pre-sale and post-sale customer service to exceed expectations and build long-term relationships
- Implement and maintain the Retail Excellence Program for clients and staff
- Capture and manage customer data to support CRM initiatives and community engagement
- Participate in boutique events and promotional activities to foster client relationships
- Manage stock effectively, including goods receiving, transfers, stock takes, and reporting

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' retail experience, with luxury sector experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email platforms
- Exceptional customer service skills and demonstrated ability to excel in luxury retail environments
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Natural entrepreneur with a proven track record of driving results and exceeding targets
