Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the management team to strategically achieve and exceed sales targets across all product categories
- Build and maintain exceptional brand and product knowledge, positioning oneself as a fashion expert and trusted advisor
- Master sophisticated selling techniques to identify and satisfy diverse customer needs and preferences
- Act as a brand ambassador to cultivate relationships with new customers and VIP clientele, driving customer loyalty through an elevated experience
- Capture and maintain customer data systematically to enable personalized follow-up and long-term relationship management
- Participate in the organization and execution of in-store promotional events and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with luxury retail preferred
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong interpersonal connections and engage effectively with diverse clientele
