Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the management team to strategically achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and continuously enhance brand and product knowledge across all collections
- Master sophisticated selling techniques to identify and satisfy customer needs
- Maximize sales opportunities across all product categories and customer segments
- Act as a brand ambassador to build lasting relationships with new, existing, and VIP clientele
- Deliver elevated pre- and post-sale customer service to increase loyalty and repeat business
- Capture and maintain detailed customer data to support relationship management and personalized engagement
- Organize and participate in in-store promotional events and community outreach initiatives
- Uphold and communicate the Retail Excellence Program with both clients and colleagues
- Ensure effective inventory management, stock rotation, goods receiving, and compliance with operational procedures
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to brand directives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively and build strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional customer service acumen and passion for fashion and luxury retail
