Versace is hiring a Sales Associate in Paris. Join the Montaigne store to drive sales, deliver VIP service and execute brand standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a distinctive Versace client experience by building long-term relationships with new and existing customers, including VIP clientele.
- Proactively pursue and convert sales opportunities across categories, employing consultative and master selling techniques to meet and exceed store targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM; execute clienteling initiatives and support in-store promotional and community events.
- Support store operations including goods receiving, stock arrangement, transfers, stock counts and related reporting to ensure inventory integrity.
- Maintain store image and visual merchandising standards in line with company directives and participate in VM set-ups and resets.
- Collaborate closely with peers and management to implement the Retail Excellence Program and contribute to a high-performance sales environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury or premium-brand experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and core office tools (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email).
- Proven clienteling and CRM usage skills with demonstrated ability to nurture VIP relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a multicultural environment and proven ability to present product knowledge convincingly.
- Ability to manage stockroom operations and support visual merchandising tasks; flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in retail sales; prior experience within a luxury fashion house or premium-brand environment is preferred. Demonstrated experience managing VIP clients, participating in promotional events and handling back-of-house stock operations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or luxury goods preferred.
