Versace seeks a Sales Associate in Paris to deliver the Versace client experience, drive sales and manage CRM and boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a brand ambassador to grow customer loyalty and VIP clientele.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by mastering product knowledge and advanced selling techniques across all categories.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM; proactively execute clienteling activity and post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Support in‑store and promotional events, and implement the boutique’s community outreach initiatives to strengthen client engagement.
  • Ensure flawless boutique operations including goods receiving, stock transfers, stock takes, backroom organisation and reporting.
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with company directives and contribute to VM set‑ups.
  • Comply with operational policies and procedures and promote the Retail Excellence Program among clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering elevated customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with retail sales systems (POS), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and professional email communication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, high energy and an entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to drive results.
  • Preferred: Mandarin language skills and well‑established client networks.
