Versace Paris — Sales Associate role in Paris. Drive sales, cultivate VIP relationships and deliver the Versace customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with clients and VIP clientele, acting as a brand ambassador for Versace.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by maximising selling opportunities across all categories.
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience during and after the sale to increase loyalty and repeat business.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM and proactively use it to nurture client relationships.
- Partner with store management to implement the Retail Excellence Program and local business development activities.
- Participate in planning and execution of in‑store and promotional events to activate the boutique’s client base.
- Ensure backroom and stock are accurately managed (goods receiving, transfers, stock takes, reporting).
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards, and participate in VM set‑ups as required.
- Comply with company operational policies and procedures to protect assets and deliver consistent service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale/retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email.
- Proven ability to deliver high customer‑service standards and to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with peers and management.

Experience
Minimum of two years’ professional experience in retail sales with demonstrable achievement against targets; prior experience within the luxury or premium fashion sector preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal study in fashion, retail or customer service is advantageous.
