Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Versace customer experience at every touchpoint and proactively drive sales to achieve boutique targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a brand ambassador for new and VIP customers.
  • Capture and update customer data continuously and leverage CRM to nurture relationships and personalise follow-up.
  • Execute clienteling activities and participate in the organisation of in-store and promotional events to grow the boutique community.
  • Maximise sales across all categories through expert product knowledge and refined selling techniques.
  • Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are met and contribute to VM set-ups.
  • Manage operational responsibilities including goods receiving, transfers, stock arrangement, stock take and backroom organisation.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures and support accurate reporting of sales and inventory activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, including operation of a retail sales system, Word, Excel and email.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated service orientation.
  • Ability to perform in a high-paced, client-facing environment and maintain polished, professional presentation.
  • Preferred: entrepreneurial mindset, strong personal network and a demonstrable passion for fashion and sales.

Experience

At least 2 years of retail experience, with prior exposure to luxury or premium brands highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary studies in fashion, retail or luxury goods is a plus.
