Role & Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities across all product categories
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the ultimate Versace customer experience to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets and drive business development initiatives
- Capture customer data and proactively maintain long-term client relationships through effective CRM practices
- Master selling techniques and continuously expand brand and product knowledge to satisfy diverse customer needs
- Organize and participate in in-store promotional events and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Computer proficiency including retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Elevated customer service expertise with a demonstrated passion for fashion and sales
- Strong ability to engage clients and drive results in a high-paced environment

Experience
2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail sector exposure preferred. Demonstrated success in client-facing sales roles with a track record of building relationships and exceeding revenue targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in fashion, business, or hospitality is an asset.

The successful candidate will be located in Oakridge, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 23 to CAD 25 per hour.
